  • 1 c. pineapple juice, chilled
  • 1 c. orange sherbet
  • 1/2 c. club soda, chilled
  • orange sherbet
  • pineapple wedges and maraschino cherries for garnish

Directions

    Combine first 3 ingredients in container of electric blender; process until smooth.

    Stir in club soda and pour into soda glasses.

    Add a scoop of orange sherbet to each glass and garnish, if desired.

    Serve immediately.
