Ingredients
- 1/3 c. orange marmalade
- 1/2 c. cream
- 2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions

1Combine marmalade, cream, and corn syrup in blender or food processor.

2Process until well blended.

3In a large saucepan, combine the sugar and cocoa.

4Mix well. Add softened butter along with milk/marmalade mixture.

5Mix well.

6Bring to a boil and cook until mixture reaches the soft ball stage.

7This should take about 2 to 3 minutes.

8Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. Place pan in large pan of cold water and allow to cool before beating.

9Beat until mixture thickens and is no longer glossy. This could take up to 20 or 30 minutes.

10Drop from a spoon onto wax paper or pour into well-buttered 8 inch square dish or pan.
