- 1 lb. bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled
- 1 pkg. crescent rolls
- 1 c. frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 5 eggs
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook bacon; drain and crumble.

2Separate rolls into 8 triangles.

3Place in an ungreased pizza pan to form a crust. Sprinkle bacon over crust evenly, then sprinkle hash brown potatoes over bacon.

4Sprinkle Cheddar cheese evenly over that. In a bowl, beat the eggs, milk, salt and pepper; pour over crust. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top.

5Bake in a 375° oven for 25 to 30 minutes.

6Let set a few minutes.

7Slice.
