Super Cheese Cake

Ingredients

• Pastry:
• 1/3 cup butter 2 1/2 tbs sugar
• 1/3 tsp salt 1 egg yolk
• 1 cup flour 1/3 cup finely chopped almonds or hazel nuts.
• Filling:
• 5 8-oz. Pkgs cream cheese
• 1 3/4 cup sugar
• 1 oz flavoring vanilla, grand marnier,
• cherry kirsch, etc.
• 1 1/2 tsp grated orange peel
• 1 1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
• 5 eggs
• 2 egg yolks
• 1/4 cup whipping cream
• You can top with glazed strawberries or the following:
• 1 can cherry pie filling, whipped cream, Maraschino cherries slivered almonds.
