Ingredients
- 1 to 2 cloves fresh garlic, crushed
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 lb. boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 3/4 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 medium white onion, diced
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 2 c. broccoli pieces
- salt to taste
Directions

1In a large covered nonstick skillet, heat oil, garlic and Italian seasoning over medium heat.

2Add chicken.

3Cook 10 minutes, turning to brown all sides.

4Meanwhile, dice onion and cut broccoli.

5Add seasonings, tomatoes and onion.

6Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

7Add broccoli, then cover and simmer 10 minutes longer. Serve with parboiled rice or noodles.
