- 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. sherry
- 1 lb. crabmeat
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- grated cheese (for top)
Directions

1Saute mushrooms in butter about 5 minutes.

2Add and cook the onion until tender.

3Add Worcestershire sauce and sherry.

4Fold in crabmeat.

5Make paste using flour and milk.

6Add to crab mixture and cook over low heat until it thickens.

7Season to taste with salt and pepper.

8Pour into individual shells.

9Sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake at 350° until bubbly, about 5 minutes. Serves 6.
