- 6 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Sliced Almonds
- 1 cup Walnuts Or Pecans
- 3/4 cups Sweetened Shredded Coconut
- 1/4 cups Canola Oil
- 3/4 teaspoons Salt
- 6 Tablespoons Honey
- 1 cup Craisins

1Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.

2Combine oats, sugar, nuts, and coconut in a large bowl.

3Combine oil, salt, and honey in a second bowl.

4Mix oil mixture into oats to evenly coat.

7Bake for an hour and 15 minutes, occasionally stirring to achieve even color.
