- 1/2 cup vegetable oil or melted butter
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

2Beat eggs with wire whisk or hand beater in medium bowl until fluffy.

3Beat in remaining ingredients just until smooth.

4Pour about 23 cup batter onto center of hot waffle baker.

5Bake about 5 minutes or until ready light comes on.
