- 1 lb. macaroni
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 medium carrots, grated
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 c. vinegar
- 2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook macaroni.

2Drain and cool.

3Mix all ingredients and chill at least 4 hours.
