- 1 lb ground beef
- 26 14 ounces vegetable beef soup (family size)
- 15 14 ounces corn (can corn, drained)
- 6 slices American cheese
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 6 -8 cups instant mashed potatoes (prepared)
- 12 teaspoon paprika
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Brown ground beef (season to taste), drain grease.

2Prepare you favorite instant mashed potatoes while beef is cooking, add half of the butter to your potatoes and season with salt and pepper to taste (other half of butter will be added to the top later).

3Once beef is brown add soup and corn reduce heat, simmer until hot.

4Put meat and soup mixture in a 9x13 baking dish top with the slices of cheese

5Add mashed potatoes to the top of the meat mixture.

6Cut the rest of the butter into patties and place evenly on the casserol

7Sprinkle with paprika, cover with foil.

8Put in pre heated oven 350 and bake for 20 minute.
