  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 (16 oz.) can salmon, flaked
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. paprika

Directions

    Melt butter in saucepan; add bread crumbs and milk.

    Cook until crumbs are soft.

    Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly. Place in greased loaf pan.

    Bake in preheated 350° oven for 1 hour.

    Serve with cheese sauce or tartar sauce, if desired.
