- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 (16 oz.) can salmon, flaked
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. paprika
Directions

1Melt butter in saucepan; add bread crumbs and milk.

2Cook until crumbs are soft.

3Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly. Place in greased loaf pan.

4Bake in preheated 350° oven for 1 hour.

5Serve with cheese sauce or tartar sauce, if desired.
