  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. leaf oregano
  • 1 large clove garlic, minced or garlic salt to taste
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 can water
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 6 oz. cooked spaghetti

    Lightly brown beef.

    Add onion, oregano and garlic.

    Cook until onion is tender.

    Blend in soup, water and vinegar.

    Cook over low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
