- 3 baking potatoes
- 23 cup milk
- 14 cup butter or 14 cup margarine
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 cup cheddar cheese, grated
Directions

1Bake potatoes in a 375-degree oven for 1 hour or until done.

2When cool, split lengthwise.

3Scoop out insides, leaving the shell.

4In a medium bowl, combine insides of potatoes, milk, butter and salt.

5Mix until smooth.

6Place equal amounts of potato mixture back into shells.

7Sprinkle equal amounts of cheese on top.

8Return to oven and bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
