- 1/2 cup flaxseeds
- 1/2 cup buckwheat
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 raisins
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 2 Tbsp cup coconut oil
- vanilla extract
