  • 1 slice whole wheat bread, toasted
  • 1 tsp. trans fat free canola-based soft margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. jam, jelly or preserves
  • 1/4 cantaloupe
  • 8 fl oz (1 cup) SUNRISE

    Spray medium nonstick skillet with cooking spray.

    Add peppers and onion; cook and stir on medium-high heat 5 min.

    Remove from skillet; set aside.

    Whisk together egg and egg white with 1 Tbsp.

    Pour eggs into skillet; cover.
