- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1 small cabbage, shredded
- 3 medium carrots, sliced thin
- 2 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 1 (14 oz.) can beef broth
Directions

1Brown ground beef and onions in frying pan.

2Combine all ingredients in a casserole dish.

3Cover and bake at 350° for about 1 hour and 15 minutes, until rice is done.
