- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar (8 oz.)
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
Directions

1Heat oven to 425°.

2Cook and stir ground beef until brown; drain.

3Stir in tomato sauce, green pepper, 2 tablespoons flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper and parsley flakes.

4Heat to boiling. Boil and stir one minute.

5Pour into greased baking pan 13 x 9-inch.

6Sprinkle cheese on top.
