- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces, drained
- 8 oz. thin noodles
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1In large skillet cook turkey in margarine until lightly browned; stirring to keep crumbly.

2Stir in onions, green peppers and mushrooms. Arrange uncooked noodles over mixture.

3Sprinkle with cheese, salt and pepper.

4Pour tomatoes over all; do not stir.

5Cover and bring to a boil.

6Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

7Makes 6 servings.
