  • 2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 c. butter (room temperature)
  • 1 c. sour cream

Directions

    Sift and measure flour. Cut butter into flour with pastry blender. Mix in sour cream. Mix well and drop into greased muffin pans. Bake at 400° for 10 to 12 minutes. Makes about 45 small biscuits.
