  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. mint flavored chocolate chips
  • 1/4 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Beat egg whites, salt and cream of tartar.

    Add vanilla and beat until soft peaks form.

    Add sugar gradually.
  4. 4
    Continue beating until stiff peaks form.

    Fold in chocolate chips and nuts. Cover baking sheet with plain brown paper.

    Drop from teaspoon and bake at 300° for 25 minutes.
