   Beat egg whites until stiff; add Ritz crackers, sugar, vanilla and nuts.

   Press into metal pie pan and bake for 25 minutes at 400°.

   Let cool until completely cold.

   Add bunch of Cool Whip over shell and sprinkle with coconut.
