  • 1/2 - 3/4 box soda crackers, crushed very fine
  • 1 stick (1/2 c.) butter
  • 1 onion, finely diced
  • poultry seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • boiling water

Directions

    Saute onion in butter.

    Add to finely crushed soda crackers. Add beaten egg, seasonings.

    If mixture is too dry, add boiling water a little at a time.

    This mixture will be sufficient to stuff a 10 lb. turkey.

    Delicious and moist!
