- 3 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 6 Tbsp. water
Directions

1Mix apple cider vinegar with sugar and water.

2Add to rice, toss to mix and coat well.

3Shape into bite size rectangles or triangles; dust with toasted sesame seed (good source of Vitamin A).

4Mix in leftover bits of fresh/cooked vegetables, meats; mix into rice.

5Healthy, filling.

6Sushi is vinegared rice.

7Sashimi is raw fish..sometimes used to top sushi.
