- 3 cups medium grain rice (1 C. = 180 ml.) or 3 cups short-grain rice (1 C. = 180 ml.)
- 3 ounces mitzukan sushi rice seasoning
Directions

1Rinse rice with water about 5 times.

2Place rice in rice cooker and add the appropriate amount of water, reducing water by approximately 2 oz.

3Cook the rice.

4After it is cooked, rest rice for 10-20 minutes.

5Spread cooked rice in a large shallow pan or bowl.

6Pour sushi seasoning over the rice.

7Mix well while the rice is very hot.

8Spread rice mixture back out in the pan or bowl and allow it to sit for 10 minutes for cooling.

9Rice is now ready to use in sushi.
