  • 2 cups Kohurosa rice, glutinous rice, rinsed under cool water
  • Cold water to cover the rice in the steamer by 1-inch
  • 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar

    Place rinsed rice into the cooker and cover by 1-inch of cold water.

    Turn on the rice cooker.

    When small steaming bubbles form on the surface of the cooking rice, turn off the machine and allow to sit for 20 minutes.

    Gently fold in the rice wine vinegar.
