  • 2 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm seasoned stuffing mix
  • 2 pkg. chopped frozen spinach
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c. melted butter
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Accent
  • 1 tsp. thyme

Directions

    Prepare spinach according to package directions. Drain and press down to remove moisture.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Roll into 1-inch balls.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes on an ungreased cookie sheet.

    Can be frozen before baking.
