  • 8 to 10 firm apples
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3/4 c. butter, melted
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c. nuts, chopped
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions

    Fill pie pan 2/3 full with peeled, sliced apples.

    Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon, mixed.

    Combine butter, 1 cup sugar, flour, egg, nuts and salt.

    Bake 45 minutes at 350° until golden brown.
