  • FOR THE BLUEBERRIES:
  • 2 cups Fresh Blueberries, Cleaned
  • 1 Tablespoon Granulated Sugar
  • FOR THE TOPPING:
  • 1-1/2 stick Butter, Melted
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 whole Egg, Beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9-inch pie pan with cooking spray.

    For the berries: Fill the bottom of the pie pan with a layer of blueberries. Sprinkle with sugar.

    For the topping: In a small bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, flour, beaten egg and vanilla. Mix well and spread over the blueberries.
