  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. light cream
  • 2 Tbsp. melted oleo
  • 1/4 c. chopped pepper
  • 1/4 c. chopped pimento
  • 1 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • dash of pepper

    Combine corn and eggs.

    Stir in milk, cream and butter.

    Add green pepper.

    Pour into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.

    Set in pan of hot water.

    Bake uncovered at 325° for 1 hour until inserted knife comes out clean.
