  • 4 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 small onions, chopped
  • 2 c. left over meat, diced
  • 8 cold cooked potatoes, diced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Cook the onion in the margarine in a frying pan on medium heat.

    Then add meat and potatoes.

    This should be nicely browned, but not dry.
  4. 4
    Season to taste.

    This is good served with eggs.
