Swedish Mashed Potatoes

  • 2 lb. potatoes (Idaho)
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 2 oz. Carnation canned milk
  • 1 tsp. parsley
  • dash of salt
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 3 or 4 minced green onions

Directions

    Peel potatoes and boil until tender.

    Drain and mash potatoes. Mix in butter, milk, parsley and sour cream; mash until smooth (no lumps), then add green onions to top of potatoes in baking dish.

    Bake for 5 to 8 minutes, until golden on top.
