Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 1/2 c. rye bread (in small pieces)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c. parsley flakes
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup or 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • milk

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together and form into small meatballs. Place in pan and bake for about 1 1/2 hours.

    Then remove from oven and drain off excess grease.

    Bake at 350°.
