  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. nuts
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, do not drain

    Pour onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325° for 20 to 30 minutes or until very light brown.
