- 2 egg whites
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 12-4 cups shelled pecan halves
- 12 cup margarine
Directions

1Beat egg whites until stiff.

2Add salt and sugar and continue beating until very stiff.

3Fold in pecan halves.

4Melt margarine in a 9X13 Pyrex dish.

5Pour margarine over nut mixture and fold together.

6Pour back into Pyrex dish.

7Bake in oven at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes.

8Stir and turn nuts over every 10 minutes.

9Let cool and break apart.
