  • 1 lb salted nuts
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 cup sugar

    Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.

    Add sugar; beat until blended.

    Stir in nuts until covered.

    Spread nuts in melted butter in a 9x13 inch pan.

    Bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees; stir every 10 minutes.
