  • 8 whole White Baking Potatoes, Peeled, Cooked And Mashed
  • 4 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Regular Or Lite
  • 3/4 cups Sour Cream
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon Onion Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons White Pepper
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter, Melted, Divided
  • 3/4 cups Bread Crumbs

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350F.

    In a mixer, beat together the mashed potatoes, cream cheese, sour cream, onion salt, white pepper and 2 tablespoons of melted butter until nice and smooth.

    Spread the mixture into an 8 x 13 glass or ceramic baking dish.

    Combine the bread crumbs with the remaining 1 tablespoon of melted butter. Sprinkle the bread crumb topping over the mashed potato mixture.

    Bake covered with foil for 30 minutes.
