  • 1 qt. milk (4 c.)
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 c. rice (not Minute)
  • 1/3 c. sugar

Directions

    Mix rice and 1/2 the milk with salt and sugar.

    Pour into a buttered baking dish. Bake 4 hours at 325°, stirring frequently and adding the rest of the milk.

    When cool, top with cinnamon sugar.
