- 1 12 cups all-purpose flour
- 23 cup sugar
- 12 cup cornmeal
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 14 cups milk
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 13 cup canola oil
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 cup fresh blueberries (or frozen)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350AF.

2Spray an 8a square baking pan with non stick baking spray and set aside.

3In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, corn meal, baking powder and salt.

4In a separate large mixing bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, oil and butter.

5Add to flour mixture to wet mixture and stir just until blended.

6Gently fold in blueberries.

7Pour into prepared baking pan.

8Bake for 35 minutes or until wooden pick comes out clean.

9Serve warm with butter.
