  • 50 grams Buckwheat
  • 1 bunch Mixed nuts
  • 1 bunch Linseed
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 dash Coconut oil
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch Grated ginger

Directions

    Put the buckwheat in the water and boil for 10 minutes with the pinch of sea salt and coconut oil.

    When the buckwheat is ready dish it up to tha bowl.

    Add the nuts (I used the almonds and cashews), honey, linseeds, cinnamon, ginger and honey.

    Mix all additionals with warm buckwheat and enjoy your meal in the morning!
