- 1 whole chicken or favorite pieces
- 1 pkg. Lipton dry onion soup mix
- 10 oz. peach preserves
- 1 (8 oz.) bottle Catalina dressing
Directions

1Pull skin off of chicken; put in dish to bake in oven.

2Mix onion soup, preserves and dressing together; pour over chicken. Bake at 325° for 1 hour, covered.

3Uncover, baste and bake for 30 minutes more.
