  • 3 tablespoons pancake mix
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 lb cooked and flaked crabmeat
  • 2 12-3 cups vegetable oil

Directions

    In a bowl, mix together pancake mix, mustard, mayo and egg.

    Fold in parsley and crab.

    Form into 7 patties.

    Heat oil in large frying pan.

    Carefully place patties in hot oil.

    Fry 8 minutes per side until golden brown.
