  • 2 oz active dry yeast
  • 2/3 cup 150 water
  • 1/2 cup scalded milk
  • 4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2/3 cup room temp butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • pinch salt

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 mix yeast milk, water and sugar in bowl for 2minutes to let yeast activate.

    After yeast is activates combine 1/3 butter and the rest of ingredients into dough.

    Let rise for an hour & mix again.

    Then I pull the dough into desired roll sizes and place into pan.

    Coat rolls in remaining butter.

    Let rise for another 20 minutes then bake for 15 minutes or until holden brown.
