- 4 oz. can Colman's dry mustard
- 1 c. tarragon vinegar
- 6 whole eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 stick margarine
Directions

1In top of double boiler, put one 4 ounce can Coleman's dry mustard.

2Pour 1 cup tarragon vinegar in.

3Do not stir!

4Let stand 1/2 hour.

5Beat in 6 whole eggs, one at a time with wooden spoon. Add 1 cup sugar.

6Stir and cook slowly for 15 minutes.

7Stir until thickens.

8Add 1 stick margarine.

9Stir until melted.

10Let cool in glass jars.
