- 1 12 kg pork, round
- 2 onions
- 1 tablespoon nuoc nam, plus
- 4 tablespoons nuoc nam
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons whiskey
- 8 tablespoons sugar (to make liquid caramel)
- 2 small chili peppers
- 1 bunch chives
Directions

1Remove the skin and fat from the pork (the dish will taste better), cut the pork into cubes.

2Boil water in a pot and add one tablespoonful of nuoc-mam.

4Cook for 30 to 45 minutes.

6Thinly slice the onions and brown in a pan with the pork, nuoc-mam, soy sauce and whiskey.
