- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. cooled, mashed sweet potatoes
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. softened margarine
- 3 Tbsp. shortening
- 2 c. self-rising flour
Directions

1Bake or boil potatoes.

2Peel, cool and mash potatoes.

3Mix all ingredients; work in the flour.

4Roll out and cut or pat out biscuits to desired size.

5Place on greased pan.

6Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
