Sweet Potato Paste

  • 150 grams Sweet potato
  • 15 grams Light brown sugar
  • 20 ml Milk
  • 2 tbsp Heavy cream

Directions

    Peel the skin off the sweet potato and cut into 1 cm slices.

    Place the potatoes in a heatproof bowl and cover with a moistened paper towel, and then with plastic wrap.

    Microwave for about 7 minutes on low heat.

    Mash the potatoes with a masher, add the rest of the ingredients and mix together, and it's done!

    (Adjust the amount of heavy cream and milk depending on the water content of the sweet potato.)
