  • 1 egg
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

    Mix all ingredients until creamy.

    Pour in unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
