  • 1/4 c. sifted all purpose flour
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar, sifted
  • 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Sift together all dry ingredients and mix well.

    Add eggs and mix well.

    Gradually fold in sweet potatoes.

    Pour into greased 9 X 13 aluminum pan.

    Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
