  • 2 c. cooked cut-off corn, whole kernel or cream style
  • 2 slices soft white bread, torn into small pieces
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. American cheese, cubed
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together except butter.

    Pour into greased casserole dish and dot with butter.

    Bake at 325° until golden brown, about 45 minutes.
