Sweet Puff Pastry

Directions

   Preheat the oven to 190C.

   Beat the egg with the sugar in a bowl.

   Roll out the puff pastry dough and spread the egg mixture on top.

   Roll up each of the two ends towards the center.

   Place the dough on a wax paper-lined baking sheet.

   Brush some milk over the dough and bake it for approximately 20 minutes or until completely golden.

   Cool completely and then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
